- No fees will be charged if the stay is cancelled up to 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival.
- Payment of 50% of the quota if the stay is cancelled up to a maximum of 2 days prior to the expected date of arrival.
- Starting from 2 days prior to the arrival date, the entire quota of the booked stay shall be charged.
